An independent workshop, rebuilt around evidence
An independent car workshop in Sharjah, built around one rule: you see what we found before you pay for what we did about it.
The standard the work is held to
These are not aspirations. They are the rules a job is run by here, and every one of them is something you can check on your own invoice.
- 01
Nothing is done that you did not allow
Every line of work is approved by you before it starts, and declining a line costs nothing and cancels nothing else.
- 02
A finding without evidence is not a finding
If we say a part needs replacing, we can show you why on your own car — the part, the test, or the reading against the limit it failed. Not "it looks worn".
- 03
The good news is shown too
Parts we checked and found fine are listed. A report that only contains problems is a sales document, not an inspection.
- 04
Someone else checks the work
The person who signs a job off is not the person who carried it out.
- 05
The old parts are yours
Ask when you approve the line and what came off the car is kept for you to see or take away.
- 06
A price after a look, not before one
We will not quote a repair down the phone. A number given before anyone has seen the car is a number that will change.
Six standards are easy enough to write down. These are the people who have to hold to them, on this floor, every day.
The workshop crew — the people who will do the work on your car.
How we operate
- One process for every job, from an oil change to an accident repair
- The condition your car arrived in written down, not left to memory
- Parts and labour priced on separate lines, with VAT shown
- The inspection kept on the vehicle record, for the next visit and the next owner
- A written answer even when the answer is that nothing needs doing
- Collection and return, if bringing the car to us does not suit you
Both languages, properly
Arabic here is not a translation bolted on at the end. Every page exists in both languages, the language switcher lands you on the same page rather than throwing you back to the homepage, and a technician’s note reaches you in the language you asked for. If we get a phrase wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
About the name
A petrolhead wants to know how the car works, not just that it started again. That is who we hire, and it is who this is built for — people who would rather see what was actually wrong and what was done about it than be told it is sorted.
What happens to the car, in order
The same six steps whether it is an oil change or an accident repair, and the order is the point: the fault is named before it is priced, and it is priced before it is touched.
- It is booked in, and the fault is written down in your words before anyone touches it
- Condition, fuel and odometer are recorded with you there, and signed on a phone screen
- It is investigated until the fault has a named component, not a guess at a corner of the car
- You get the finding and the price in writing, line by line, before any part is ordered
- You approve or decline each line. What you decline is not done and is not charged
- It is returned, or collected and returned, with what was done and what was left
Judge it on a job, not on a page
Everything here is a description of how we intend to work. The only test that matters is what lands on your phone the first time you leave a car with us.
