Nothing happens to your car until you have seen why.
We find out what is actually wrong, tell you what we found and what it will cost, and then wait. You approve the work line by line, from your phone. Nothing starts before that.

What a pre-purchase inspection gives you
Buying a used car is the one job where a number decides it. So an inspection is photographed and measured: every finding marked where it was taken, the reading beside the manufacturer’s limit, and a written verdict you keep whether you buy the car or walk away. A repair works differently — we tell you what we found and what it costs, and you decide.
| Item | Measured | Service limit | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 Front pad thickness Below minimum. Replace before the car is driven regularly. | 2.1 mm | 3.0 mm | Action required |
| 2 Front disc thickness Within limits. Discs do not need replacing with the pads. | 26.4 mm | 24.0 mm | OK |
| 3 Tread depth — shallowest corner Legal, but the front pair will need replacing within the year. | 3.4 mm | 1.6 mm | Attention soon |
| 4 Paint depth — all panels Rear right door reads higher than its neighbours. | 118–146 µm | 90–150 µm | Attention soon |
| 5 Underbody — leaks and corrosion Checked on the lift, front to back, in the light. | None found | — | OK |
Each number on the photograph is a row in this table. Tap one and the pair lights up together.

How a job runs here
Six steps, the same every time, whether it is an oil change or an accident repair.
- 01
Book, or send a message
Describe the symptom in your own words. You do not need the right term for it.
- 02
Check-in, on the record
Fuel level, odometer and any damage already there, written down before anyone touches it.
- 03
We find out what is wrong
The fault is traced and proved before it is priced — not guessed at from the symptom.
- 04
You approve, line by line
Parts and labour priced separately. Decline anything. Nothing proceeds without you.
- 05
The work, then a check
The job is done and then checked by someone who did not do it.
- 06
Collection, with the record
You leave with an itemised invoice and the inspection kept on your vehicle history.
We find out what is actually wrong before anyone quotes you a price for fixing it.
What we do
Full mechanical repair on any car — whatever is wrong with it, named on this list or not. If you cannot see your problem here, describe it and we will work out which job it is.
- Car servicing Oil, filters and fluids, plus an inspection that tells you what is coming.
- Car repair General mechanical repair — cooling, belts, leaks, exhaust, the work that keeps a car usable.
- Car diagnostics Scan, live data and testing until the fault is proved — not a code read off a screen.
- Car AC repair Leak testing, regas, compressor and evaporator work.
- Brake repair Pads, discs, calipers and fluid — what is actually worn, priced before it is replaced.
- Engine repair Compression and leak-down testing first, then head, gasket, timing or overhaul work.
- Accident and body repair Dents, panels and accident repair — insurance claim or your own cost, explained in order.
- Car painting and respray Panel paint and full respray, mixed to your paint code and baked, not air-dried in the sun.
- Car detailing Deep cleaning inside and out — it removes what is on the car, not what is in the paint.
- Ceramic coating A hard chemical layer on top of the paint — easier washing, not armour against stones.
Whatever you drive
German, Japanese, American, British — saloons, four-wheel drives and sports cars all go through the same process here. Full mechanical repair, bodywork and paint, on any make.
Buying a used car? Have us inspect it before you pay for it.
A full pre-purchase inspection on a lift, with photographs of every finding, paint-depth readings, a diagnostic scan and a written verdict. You get the report whether you buy the car or walk away from it.
| Item | Measured | Service limit | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chassis rails and floor pan No deformation, no heat marks, no replaced sections. Factory seam sealer intact throughout. | — | — | OK |
| Tread depth — front right Legal now, but noticeably shallower than the opposite corner. Worth watching. | 3.4 mm | 1.6 mm | Attention soon |
| Tyre age All four are six years old. In this climate that matters more than tread depth. | 2019 | 6 years | Action required |

We can collect the car
A driver collects it, records the fuel level, the odometer and any damage already there, and returns it when the work is approved and finished.
- Condition recorded at collection
- Fuel level and odometer recorded
- Keys logged in and logged out
- Returned only once you have approved the work
The people who will work on it
The same technicians, in the same building, who will look at your car and sign the findings. Not a call centre and not a network of subcontractors.
Tell us what the car is doing.
You do not need to know what is wrong. Describe the noise, the smell or the warning light and we will tell you what it needs checking for.
- The AC is not cold Vent temperature against ambient, pressure on both sides, and a leak trace
- Something grinds when I brake Pad and disc thickness in millimetres, against the minimum stamped on the disc
- The steering shakes Wheel balance, tread wear across each tyre, and play in the steering joints
- The engine light is on A scan of every module, the freeze-frame data, and the full code list handed to you
- It pulls to one side Four-wheel alignment against the manufacturer figures, tyre pressures, and brake drag
- It will not start The battery under load, cranking voltage, charging output and parasitic drain
- There is a leak under it The car on a lift to find the source, and the fluid identified before anything is quoted
- The gearbox jerks Line pressure, fluid condition, and live data recorded on a road test
