Pick up and drop off
The reason most people put off a repair is not the money, it is the day. Someone has to drop the car, someone has to collect it, and the whole thing costs an afternoon you do not have. So we come and get it. The part that matters is what happens in the ninety seconds at your door: fuel level, odometer and every existing mark written down with you standing there and signed on a phone screen, so the condition of the car is a record and not a memory.
Start here
- 1Describe what the car is doing, in your words
- 2We investigate it and send you the findings and the price
- 3You approve each line before anything is done
1
Sounds like your car?
Find the line closest to what your car is doing. You do not need the name of the job — the symptom is carried into the booking form with it, and every line below starts at the same place: what we check, and how the work is done.
- 1 I cannot leave work to bring the car in
- 2 I live in Dubai and it is too far to drop it
- 3 The car will not start, it cannot be driven to you
- 4 I have one car and my family needs it during the day
- 5 Can you collect it from my building parking
- 6 I need it back before the weekend
- 7 I am travelling, can my wife hand over the keys
- 8 The brakes are grinding and I would rather not drive it
2
What is included
- 2.1Collection from home, workplace or building parking by arrangement
- 2.2A walkaround at collection: fuel level, odometer and every existing mark noted with you there, dated and timed, before the car moves
- 2.3The same walkaround repeated when the car is returned, so the two records can be compared line for line
- 2.4A collection record you sign on a phone screen, with a copy sent to you
- 2.5Keys logged in and out by name, not left on a desk
- 2.6The findings, the estimate and the approvals handled by message, so you never have to come in to say yes
- 2.7Return delivery to the address you choose, which does not have to be the one we collected from
- 2.8An honest arrival window agreed with you, updated if it moves
This work is done in this workshop, and nothing on your car is touched until you know what we found and what it costs.

What happens
-
3.1
You book a window, we confirm it
You get an arrival window, not a live map. We would rather give you a time we can keep and tell you when it slips than show you a moving dot. If the driver is going to be late you hear it from us first.
-
3.2
The walkaround, with you there
Before the car moves, the driver walks round it with you: fuel level, odometer reading and every mark already on the car, written down on the spot and signed on the phone screen. A copy goes to you there and then. This protects you and it protects us, and it takes about ninety seconds.
-
3.3
Everything after that happens by message
What we found, what it will cost and the approval for each line all reach you on your phone, and you approve or decline from where you are. Nothing starts before you answer. You do not have to visit the workshop at any point in the job unless you want to.
-
3.4
The return is recorded the same way
The same walkaround is repeated at delivery, with you there again. You get the two records together, which means fuel level and odometer are both accounted for and any later question about a mark has a dated answer rather than two opinions.

Common questions
Where do you collect from, and what does it cost?
The areas we cover and the fee for each are published on the price list rather than described vaguely here, because a collection service that says contact us for details is asking you to make a phone call to find out whether you can afford it. If your area is not on the list, ask us and we will give you a straight yes or no.
Who drives my car and are they insured?
Ask us this before you book and we will answer it specifically, including whether your car is driven or moved on a recovery truck for the condition it is in. A car that cannot be driven safely should not be driven, and a workshop that will not answer this question directly is one to be careful of.
Can I see where my car is?
You will know what stage the job is at, and what we found and what it costs reaches you as the work happens. We are not going to offer you a live tracking map on this page, because describing a screen that does not exist is exactly the kind of claim this workshop is built to avoid. If that changes, the page will change with it.
What if I need the car back urgently in the middle of the job?
Tell us and we will tell you honestly whether the car can be reassembled and driven, because sometimes it can and sometimes the parts are off it. Where it is possible we will return it and book you back in. Where it is not, you will get a straight explanation of what is currently missing from the car rather than a delay you cannot understand.
