What we do with what you send
Your name, number and description are used to answer you and to open a job if you ask us to. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for marketing unless you have separately said yes to it.
A person reads what you send, and replies in the language you asked for.
Not an automated reply written to sound like one of them.
What happens after you send it
No automated reply pretending to be a person, and no call from a number you have never seen at a time nobody agreed.
- We tell you what we think it is, and what we would check to be sure
- If it needs to come in, we agree a time before anything is booked
- If it is not work we should do, we say so
- No price is quoted before a look at the car, because a quote before a look is a guess

A noise is easier to send than to spell. Record it, photograph the warning light, and we will work from that.
